Sweetwaters Texas Spotty is a buckskin leopard appaloosa stallion that is AMHA/AMHR registered and has the leggy, horsey look of the modern shetlands. He has a huge eye, balanced trim barrel, an upright neck that he can really hook over and a beautiful head. And not only is he pretty, but he moves like a dream!

He stamps his long legged look, clean throat latch and pretty head on all his foals. We are excited to see his foals in the show ring. We are getting closer to meeting our goal of breeding loud appaloosa miniatures that are competitive at the very top levels. Even non appaloosa people look at our appaloosas and can't help but loving them because they are balanced, refined, pretty headed and beautiful!!

Castle Rock Miniature Horse Farm is located in west-central Florida, about an hour from the Sarasota/Bradenton area or I-75.
Mare care is negotiable, but standard rates
are $2 a day for mare or $4 a day mare + foal. It is
suggested that you insure your mare during her time
away from your farm, or you will be asked to sign a
release of liability. We work with 2 vets, one an
Equine Specialist, and both are on call 24/7, just a
few miles from the farm. We can pasture or hand
breed your mare. Spotty is safe with
foals of any age, and lovingly watches over them in
his paddock.
Mares must arrive with a clean culture,
current coggins and health certificate and be up to
date on all shots (including West Nile Virus) and
dewormings.
Mare can will be ultrasounded in foal, with
Vet certification of pregnancy, at mare owner's
expense of $50.00. This will be
an internal ultrasound with pictures of the foal.
Spotty's pedigree includes Flying W Farms Little Blue Boy and Hemlock Brooks Egyptian King.
